Mickey Rooney's Wife Jan Hadn't Seen Him Since Last April

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Mickey Rooney's wife Jan had not seen him since last April and was informed of his loss via celebrity website TMZ.  




Jan revealed to the outlet that before his passing, Rooney was living at the Studio City home of her son Mark Aber and his wife.

The family had recently gone through a crisis after the Hollywood legend accused another of Jan's son Christopher of starving him and depriving him of medicine.

After news of his death hit the web, Christopher shared on facebook: "Westlake Village at the Pierce Brothers cemetery. Thank you for all your prayers."




Rooney died on Sunday of natural causes after being sick for quite some time.
