Paul Simon: "Edie And I Are Fine"
Paul Simon and Edie Brickell, who were busted after a domestic dispute in their New Canaan, Connecticut residence on Saturday, held hands while in court on Monday.
Simon, 72, stated outside the courthouse that he and Brickell simply "had an argument" and that "Edie and I are fine."
"We're going to see our son's baseball game this afternoon," the singer-songwriter added.
Just in case you have missed it, the pair was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct after police responded to a call from their property.
Police Chief Leon Krolikowski revealed on Monday: "There was aggressiveness on both sides," and that the two singers were "both victims."
Simon and Brickell's lawyer described the fight as a minor incident and the judge didn't see a reason to issue a protective order for either party.
