Rush Limbaugh Blasts Stephen Colbert Choice: "CBS Just Declared War On The Heartland Of America" (VIDEO)

It seems that Rush Limbaugh is not pleased about Stephen Colbert taking over "The Late Show" from David Letterman. 
 





While many celebrities offered their support of the selection, Limbaugh, 63, claimed the move means CBS "just declared war on the heartland of America."

On his Thursday radio show, Limbaugh attacked the choice Colbert, whose "The Colbert Report" character jokes about conservative pundits and beliefs.


"No longer is comedy going to be a covert assault on traditional American values, conservatives, now it's just wide out in the open," Limbaugh was quoted as saying, adding: "What this hire means is a redefinition of what is funny and a redefinition of what is comedy."
