Adele Performs "When We Were Young" Live On "SNL" (VIDEO)

Adele hit the stage at "Saturday Night Live" on Saturday to perform her touching song "When We Were Young". 






It is definitely worth watching.

Adele, 27, sang her smash hit "Hello" before and the track got parodied in a hilarious Thanksgiving themed sketch.
