Hayden Panettiere Confirms Engagement To Wladimir Klitschko (Engagament Ring PHOTOS)

Hayden Panettiere announced her engagement to longtime boyfriend Wladimir Klitschko during an appearance on "Live! with Kelly and Michael" on Wednesday morning.

Panettiere, 24, wore a big rock on her left ring finger during the interview and co-host Kelly Ripa couldn't help but ask about the sparkler.

"I think it speaks for herself," Panettiere responded.

Asked for a more straight answer that she is in fact set to tie the knot, Hayden was quoted as saying: "I am."

Panettiere confirmed reports that she and Klitschko had resumed their romantic relationship in an April 2013 interview.
