Kesha Banned From Malaysia Concert
Kesha is unwelcome in Malaysia.
Authorities have banned a scheduled concert by Kesha, 26, in Kuala Lumpur, considering that her performance would violate religious and cultural boundaries in the Muslim-majority country.
The show's organizer Livescape revealed that it received a letter from the Ministry of Communications and Multimedia indicating the rejection on Friday, the day before Kesha was scheduled to perform.
Promoters claim the provocative singer had previously agreed to adjust her lyrics and wardrobe to comply with governmental regulations.
It appears though that those efforts were not enough...
