Lindsay Lohan Sued Over Car Crash

According to reports, Lindsay Lohan is being sued for her 2012 car accident on Pacific Coast Highway in California.

Just in case you have missed it, Lohan, 27, was behind the wheel of a Porsche when she rammed into a truck in front of her.

Lohan later tried to convince cops she wasn't driving and was finally charged with lying to police and reckless driving, a case in which she pleaded no contest and was sentenced to 90 days in a locked rehabilitation center earlier this year.

Now truck driver James Johnson, who stated that the incident was Lohan's fault, is filing a lawsuit against Lindsay over alleged injuries sustained in the car crash, plus mental anguish.

According to celebrity website TMZ, Johnson is seeking unspecified damages.
