Rihanna Gets Maori Tribal Tattoo (PHOTOS - VIDEO)

It's no secret that Rihanna is a huge tattoo fan, but by getting her latest tattoo it is evident that she  can endure a lot of pain as well…

In detail, Rihanna, 25, decided to get a permanent tattoo hammered into her skin using a chisel and a mallet during her recent trip to New Zealand. The tattoo she had is a tribal Maori tattoo etched into her skin.

Instead of getting inked with a needle machine, Rihanna had the tattoo inked on her right hand using the traditional method, which uses a chisel, ink pigment and a mallet.

In a video shot by New Zealand singer Tiki Tanne, which lasts two minutes, Rihanna is spotted getting the elaborate designs of lines and symbols from her fingernails down to the middle of her forearm from tattooist Inia Taylor at the Moko Ink studio in West Auckland.

In the video, Rihanna is seen maintaining her patience for the majority of the video, before she begins rocking back and forth

as the process comes to an end.

What do you think of Rihanna's traditional Maori tattoo?
