Elizabeth Pena Dies At 55: Celebrities React

Celebrities are taking to twitter to pay their tribute to Elizabeth Pena, who passed away on Tuesday.  



According to her manager, Pena, 55, died of natural causes, following a brief illness.


Pena's passing was first reported by her nephew on Wednesday evening.

Pena had a remarkable career over several decades in Hollywood. She was mostly famous for playing in "La Bamba", "Jacob's Ladder", "The Incredibles", "American Dad" and "Lone Star".


The actress appeared in two episodes in season 4 of "Modern Family" as Pilar, the Colombian mom of Sofia Vergara's character Gloria Pritchett.
