John Lennon's First Wife Cynthia Dead At 75 (VIDEO)

Cynthia Lennon died on April 1.  



The first wife of Beatles member John Lennon passed away from cancer at the age of 75.

"Cynthia Lennon passed away today at her home in Mallorca, Spain following a short but brave battle with cancer," the statement on her memorial website read, adding: "Her son Julian Lennon was at her bedside throughout. The family are thankful for your prayers. Please respect their privacy at this difficult time."

Julian Lennon shared an emotional video in memory of his mother.
