Justin Bieber Jokes That He Is Joining One Direction (VIDEO)

Justin Bieber stopped by Ryan Seacrest's radio show on Thursday in Los Angeles.  









Bieber, 21, appeared on the show to announce that he will be singing at KIIS FM's new Wango Tango concert next month.

When Seacrest, 40, tweeted the pop icon saying he can't wait for the new material, Justin jokingly responded: "@RyanSeacrest soon enough. Lol. Happy to be joining One Direction as the new member. Thank you Ryan ;)."



"lol. April fools I guess," Bieber's manager Scooter Braun replied to him.
