Tori Spelling In Hospital After Falling On A Hibachi Grill

Tori Spelling tripped and fell onto a hibachi grill at a local Benihana on Easter Sunday earlier this month, which led to hospitalization for her arm burns.  



"It was an unfortunate accident," Spelling's husband Dean McDermott, 48, told the New York Daily News, noting: "She had a little burn…She had to get skin grafts."

When asked if they would press charges against the restaurant chain, McDermott responded: "I don't know."

Spelling, 41, has not commented yet about the incident.
