David Beckham Joins Instagram On 40th Birthday

David Beckham has eventually joined Instagram and posted a shirtless photo to celebrate his 40thbirthday.  






Beckham has turned 40 and spent the special occasion in Morocco with his wife Victoria Beckham, their children and a number of celebrity friends. 

On Saturday morning, the soccer star shared his first image, writing: "Good morning and hello! It's great to finally be on Instagram, been a long time coming but I can't wait to start sharing all my special moments with you." David added: "Thank you for all your birthday messages so far. Looking forward to a great day with friends and family x."

Beckham also shared snapshots of himself, where is seen sitting at a table decorated for a party surrounded by birthday gifts. In a third photo Beckham can be spotted sitting by a pool. He captioned the picture: "I feel a very lucky man #DB40." The athlete also posted an image posing with his son, Brooklyn Beckham.

While Victoria has not commented yet on his Instagram page, she has already been sharing moments with her fans from her husband's birthday on her own Instagram account. 

Posting a photo of the couple surrounding by decorations, she wrote: "So excited to be spending this special day with David and the kids in Marrakech. Welcome to Instagram @DavidBeckham!"
