Daniel Dae Kim Joins "Insurgent" As Candor Leader Jack Kang

Daniel Dae Kim has landed the role of Jack Kang in "Insurgent"!


Dae Kim, 45, is scheduled to portray the leader of Candor in the upcoming "Divergent" sequel.

"We wouldn't lie to you. @danieldaekim will play Candor's Jack Kang in The @Divergent Series: #Insurgent!" the official Twitter account for the film shared.

In the book, Jack tries to negotiate peace with Erudite leader Jeanine (played by Kate Winslet).
