Kelly Osbourne Tattoos Head: "Sorry Mum And Dad But I Love It!" (PHOTOS)

Kelly Osbourne inked the word "Stories" on her head on Saturday night and afterwards apologized to her popular parents on twitter for doing it.


Before Osbourne, 29, tattooed her head, she shaved the left side of it and dyed her hair purple.

After the shave and dye job, Kelly wrote: "#oops what did I do tonight?"

After the tattoo, the "Fashion Police" star tweeted: "Sorry mum and dad but I love it!"
