Shannon Leto DUI

According to celebrity website TMZ, Shannon Leto, brother of Oscar-winning actor Jared Leto and drummer for their band 30 Seconds to Mars, was busted on Monday night for DUI.

Leto, 44, was popped in Hollywood around 7:00 PM after police officers noticed his vehicle stalled on Fairfax Blvd. in Hollywood. Law enforcement sources claimed that cops considered Shannon showed signs of impairment and booked him.

Leto had also an pending traffic warrant for driving without a license.

Shannon remains in custody and being held on bail - $5,000 for driving under the influence - and $2,500 for unlicensed driving.
