George H.W. Bush Makes Parachute Jump For 90th Birthday (VIDEO)
Former President George H.W. Bush celebrated his 90th birthday on Thursday by making a parachute jump from a helicopter.
"It's a wonderful day in Maine - in fact, nice enough for a parachute jump," Bush tweeted before the jump.
A Naval aviator during World War II, Bush had made similar leaps for his 80th and 85th birthdays.
Bush had revealed that Thursday's jump would be his final.
The statesman was accompanied by a retired Army parachuter and touched down safely at approximately 11:15 a.m.
