Justin Bieber Celebrates Mom Pattie Mallette On Mother's Day (PHOTO)

Justin Bieber took to social media on Sunday to celebrate his mother Pattie Mallette on Mother's Day.

Bieber, 21, shared a never-before-seen picture of Mallette, 40, and expressed gratefulness towards her for supporting him as he engaged in less than ideal behavior over the last couple of years.

"This little 4'9 woman may not look like a mom but she is, and she's the best at it!" Bieber wrote on his Instagram account, noting: "This woman taught me everything I know, how to love how to be compassionate how to be strong when the only thing u wanna be is weak how to stand when all you want to do is fall."

The singer added: "If it wasn't for this woman lets just say I would have had a way LONGER stupid phase. I love u and thank u for not giving up on me!" Mallette hasn't replied to Justin's message, but called her famous son "#MyChampion" when she posted an image of him at the Floyd Mayweather fight last week.

It has to be mentioned that Bieber admitted in a recent interview that his bad choices had affected his close connection with his mother. "We lost our relationship for a while. She couldn't really tell me anything; she would try, but I wasn't listening to anybody and that sort of sucked," the pop icon was quoted as saying, adding: "But our relationship is getting better now; we're getting it back."
