Lea Michele Pays Tribute To Cory Monteith On His 33rd Birthday

Lea Michele took to social media to honor her late boyfriend Cory Monteith on what would have been his 33rd birthday.  




Michele, 28, shared a touching message for the former "Glee" star last year on his birthday as well.
