Former American fashion model Kimora Lee Simmons (birth name: Kimora Lee Perkins) is rumored to have had plastic surgery to improve her looks and turn back the hands of time.

In detail, Simmons, 37, is estimated to have had a nose job early in her career, botox injections or even browlift and possibly some fillers. 

Judging by the before and after pictures, we can't help but notice that Kimora's old nose was more bulbous, wider and rounder while now is slimmer than before, an indication of a nose job. 







Her cheekbones are higher and fuller, possibly a sign of injectable fillers or fat injections. 

Kimora's forehead is totally smooth without deep lines and wrinkles. She has not crow's feet around her eyes and there are also no bags at all, obvious signs of botox injections or more invasive plastic surgery, like a browlift.

Conclusion: The changes on Kimora's nose are minimal, but she could have some crow's feet around her eyes, making her botox results seem more natural.
