Amanda Bynes Breast Surgery

American actress and fashion designer Amanda Bynes (full name: Amanda Laura Bynes) is rumored to have had breast surgery to improve her appearance.  

There are rumors circulating on the web that Bynes, 27, had breast surgery, because her bust size seems enhanced.

Judging by the before and after photos, it appears that Bynes has breasts fuller and bigger than before, going from a small B cup to a full C cup.

We should take into consideration though the fact that she has grown up, the possibility of gaining weight and the use of push up bras.
