Charlie Hunnam Quits "Fifty Shades of Grey"

Charlie Hunnam has left "Fifty Shades of Grey".


"The filmmakers of Fifty Shades of Grey and Charlie Hunnam have agreed to find another male lead given Hunnam's immersive TV schedule which is not allowing him time to adequately prepare for the role of Christian Grey," Universal Pictures announced on Saturday.

Hunnam, 33, had been selected as Christian Grey last month.

Hunnam is currently starring on the TV series "Sons of Anarchy."

Dakota Johnson is set to portray Anastasia Steele.
