Nina Dobrev poses topless for Obamacare in a new shot.
Dobrev, 24, is missing her shirt, but holding a sign that states #GetCovered - in the picture on Thursday.

The "Vampire Diaries" star captioned the photo: "Im Canadian. We have healthcare for all. If you dont have insurance go to (HealthCare.gov) and#GetCovered, Because w/o it, youre naked."

More than 90,000 people have "liked" the image.
