Iggy Azalea Husband Files For Divorce

Iggy Azalea is currently in the middle of a divorce battle with Jefe Wine (aka Hefe Wine, aka Maurice Williams) even though she reveals they never tied the knot.


Wine, who claims he made a sex tape with Azalea, has filed divorce documents in Texas, noting that he and Azalea had a common-law marriage.

According to the filing obtained by celebrity website TMZ, Wine and Azalea "agreed to be married, holding themselves out as man and wife and began residing together in the State of Texas on or about September, 2008."

A spokesperson for Azalea explains she did not hold herself out as Wine's wife and was never married to him.

Wine is hoping a judge will officially identify the marriage and divorce, stating that half of the music she produced during their affair becomes "community property" which could be divided in half.



Azalea apparently disagrees with that allegation.
