Mena Suvari dated German-born cinematographer Robert Brinkmann. The two got married on March 4, 2000. On April 24, 2005, Suvari filed for legal separation, citing irreconcilable differences. Their divorce was finalized in May 2005.

October 2005
Mena Suvari dated professional breakdancer, member of "Knuckle Head Zoo", Mike Carrasco. The pair met in Braunschweig, Germany in October 2005.

2007 - November 2011    
Mena Suvari dated Italian-Canadian concert producer Simone Sestito. The couple met in Toronto and got engaged in 2008 after a vacation to Jamaica. The two tied the knot in a private church in Vatican City on June 26, 2010. The pair chose Rome as their wedding locale because most of Sestito's family lives near the city. They called it quits on their 18-month marriage. A lawyer for Suvari filed divorce papers in L.A. County Superior Court. According to court papers obtained by PEOPLE magazine, Suvari cited irreconcilable differences.
