Jane Lynch Officially Files For Divorce From Lara Embry

Jane Lynch has officially filed for divorce from Lara Embry.


The "Glee" star, who announced she was separating from her wife of three years last month, filed papers at Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday.

According to celebrity website TMZ, Lynch cited "irreconcilable differences" and asked that the court overturn its decision to award Embry spousal support. 

According to the divorce petition, the couple has been split since February.

It has to be noted that Lynch and Embry tied the knot on Memorial Day 2010 in Massachusetts.
