Dennis Farina Dead At 69
Dennis Farina has passed away in Scottsdale, Arizona after suffering a blood clot in his lung, his publicist announced on Monday.
He was 69.
Farina, best known for "Law & Order," was a police officer in Chicago for 18 years before following an acting career.
Over the course of his career, Farina starred in films like "Midnight Run", "Get Shorty"and "Saving Private Ryan". He also appeared on television shows such as "Miami Vice," and most recently, "New Girl."
Farina also served as host of "Unsolved Mysteries."
Farina is survived by Marianne Cahill, his partner of 35 years, and his three sons with ex-wife, Patricia.
