Kat Graham On "Cosmopolitan Azerbaijan" Cover

Kat Graham appears absolutely elegant while arriving at the Montblanc celebration for the grand re-opening of the Atlanta Boutique on Thursday evening in Atlanta, Ga.  





Graham, 25, was accompanied at the event by Dave Annable.

That same evening, the "Vampire Diaries" star posted a picture on her Instagram account of her new magazine cover with Cosmopolitan Azerbaijan.
