Taylor Swift Wears "No It's Becky" T-Shirt, Referencing Funny Meme (PHOTO)
Taylor Swift never ceases to surprise us with her great sense of humor!
Swift, 24, wore a yellow T-shirt that reads "no its becky", which is a fan favorite inside joke, while out and about in New York this week.
Just in case you have missed it, the phrase originated in a Tumblr post that recently circulated online showing an image of a teenage girl, obviously of the singer, wearing a tiara.
"This is a picture of my friend Becky. She used to be a happy, popular girl until one night she snorted marijuana at a party. She died instantly. Please, don't do marijuana. It's the most dangerous drug out there. Please don't wind up like Becky," Swift captioned the snapshot.
A follower noted: "pretty sure that's Taylor Swift".
Taylor then replied: "no its becky."
The real Swift is clearly a huge fan of the meme, proving it with her hilarious shirt.
On Thursday, the performer shared a photo of herself in the garb, and, referencing her highly-anticipated "1989" album Polaroid photo art, wrote: "I'm kind of rethinking the album cover."
