Joan Rivers Autopsy Complete
According to celebrity website TMZ, Joan Rivers' autopsy has been completed one day after her death, but a cause of death could not be found.
The medical examiners could not find a "cause and manner of death" and should do additional studies, which will include a toxicology test, as well as interviewing the doctors who were present when her initial throat surgery was conducted before her cardiac arrest.
Just in case you have missed it, Rivers immediately rushed to the hospital last week, suddenly stopped breathing during a throat operation on her vocal cords when the complications took place. Then she went into cardiac arrest.
Rivers was placed on life support at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York where she was surrounded by family and friends before her tragic death.
