Kanye West was rushed to the hospital in Melbourne, Australia on Wednesday.
West, 37, needed be treated for a serious migraine headache after playing basketball before his final performance in the city.
Doctors performed a last-minute brain scan on the performer as a "precautionary measure".
Some outlets reported that West had experienced seizure-like symptoms and that his "major health scare" created chaos at Epworth Hospital, but that is bogus.
A source revealed to E! Online: "(Kanye is) fine and didn't have a major health scare or seizure".
"He just suffered a migraine and went to the hospital simply as a precaution," the insider added.
According to celebrity website TMZ, West left the treatment center and appeared on stage as scheduled.
