Katie Holmes Gets Over-emotional In "Days And Nights" (Trailer)
The first trailer for "Days and Nights" has been released!
Inspired by Anton Chekhov's "The Seagull," the independent drama - set in rural New England in the 1980s - centers around Elizabeth (Allison Janney), a movie star, who brings new boyfriend Peter to her lakeside estate to visit her family on Memorial Day weekend.
In the family retreat they are living her sick brother (William Hurt), her artist son (Ben Whishaw), his exquisite muse (Juliet Rylance), the family doctor (Jean Reno) and the estate's custodian (Russell Means), the indifferent caretaker (Michael Nyqvist) and his wife (Cherry Jones), their overemotional daughter (Katie Holmes) and her long ailing ornithologist husband (Mark Rylance).
The film hits theaters on September 26.
