Nicole Richie Bares Back To Bloomingale's In NYC (PHOTOS)

Nicole Richie flaunted her back in a black dress while appearing for House of Harlow 1960 at Bloomingdale's on Saturday in New York City's SoHo district.


Richie, 32, was seen signing autographs and posing for pictures with fans.

"NY Peeps! Come hang w/ me tomorrow @Bloomingdales Soho from 2-4 to celebrate @hoh1960's 2014 Fall jewelry collection!" the fashion designer tweeted in anticipation of the event the day before.
